Brandi Adams is a graduate of the University of Denver College of Law and joined the Demco Law Firm in 2001. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Washington Young Lawyer’s Division and served on the Board of the King County Washington Women Lawyers from 2003-2006.

The primary focus of Brandi's legal practice is real estate litigation and property law including representing and advising real estate brokers and agents;  residential and commercial transactions; representation of homeowner and condominium associations; landlord-tenant; negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements and leases; quiet title; easements; and boundary disputes. She is approved by the Washington Department of Licensing as a continuing education instructor for real estate agents. Brandi regularly teaches real estate law classes and participates in legislative and forms committees affecting the real estate industry.
