J. Casey Scherer concentrates on the business, tax and estate planning needs of the firm’s clients. He comes to us after practicing for several years at a specialized local business, tax and estate planning firm. Casey earned his law degree from Louisiana State University and subsequently earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from Georgetown University, graduating from Georgetown with distinction.

Casey is experienced in all aspects of business and estate planning with special attention paid to the complicated tax issues. He is available to assist you and your clients with business entity formations and maintenance, real and personal property transactions, as well as many estate planning issues and strategies.
