Matthew F. Davis graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1991 where he was awarded Order of the Coif, the highest academic honor for a law student. He was a member of the Kansas Law Review and was also awarded the West Publishing Company Award for contribution toward overall legal scholarship in 1990 and 1991. Mr. Davis is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.

Mr. Davis teaches various aspects of real estate law on a regular basis, including continuing legal education seminars for lawyers, and is approved as a continuing education instructor for real estate licensees by the Washington Department of Licensing. Mr. Davis joined the firm in 1994.
