Philip T. Mattern, a graduate of the University of Washington Law School, has been practicing law in Seattle since 1987. His practice focuses most heavily on real estate transactions and litigation.

Mr. Mattern has represented and advised, among others, property owners, buyers, brokers and agents, landlords and tenants, creditors and debtors, contractors, homeowner's associations, guardians, executors and trustees. He drafts documents such as sale agreements, easements, covenants, and leases; and works on a variety of matters including boundary and sale disputes, foreclosures, contractor litigation, evictions, closings, and probates.

Mr. Mattern has published several articles on real estate law in trade journals and assisted with the creation and updating of real estate legal forms.
